Design Engineering Inc. received an Award of Merit from the American Concrete Institute Louisiana Chapter for our West Esplanade Avenue Crossing project. This award recognizes the outstanding work and dedication that our team at Design Engineering, Inc. put into this project.
The West Esplanade Avenue Crossing project aimed to provide access for vehicular traffic across the West Esplanade Avenue Median Canal between Williams Blvd. and Power Blvd. in Kenner. This was done to ensure that westbound traffic could access the newly realized commercial real estate development on the southside of West Esplanade Avenue.
The project was a success thanks to the hard work and expertise of our team. We were able to design and construct a crossing that met all safety and accessibility requirements, while also being visually appealing and in line with the surrounding area.
