Brady Pechon Selected for Leadership Jefferson’s Class of 2025

Design Engineering, Inc. (DEI) is proud to announce that Brady Pechon has been selected for Leadership Jefferson’s Class of 2025, an esteemed program organized by the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce.

Leadership Jefferson is a nine-month initiative that brings together a diverse group of professionals to engage with key community leaders and tackle the most pressing issues facing Jefferson Parish. Through interactive workshops and networking opportunities, participants explore topics such as economic development, healthcare, education, workforce development, civic engagement, criminal justice, and state government advocacy.

Brady’s selection highlights his commitment to personal and professional growth and his passion for making a positive impact in the community. DEI is excited to support Brady as he embarks on this leadership journey and anticipates the valuable insights and skills he will bring back to enhance our team and projects.

We congratulate Brady on this remarkable achievement and look forward to following his contributions to the Leadership Jefferson program and the greater Jefferson Parish community.

Madalyn Williams, DEI’s Marketing Specialist, actively participated in Leadership Jefferson’s Class of 2024 Community & Civic Engagement session, gaining valuable insights from distinguished speakers and contributing to a dynamic panel discussion featuring leaders from non-profit organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana, United Way of Southeast Louisiana, the Jefferson Community Foundation, and New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity.
