Design Engineering, Inc. (DEI) is thrilled to announce that Madalyn Williams has successfully graduated from the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Leadership Jefferson Program.
Over the past nine months, Madalyn has been immersed in an intensive initiative designed to foster a network of dedicated business and community leaders. Facilitated by a professional leadership team, the program provided invaluable insights into critical issues facing Jefferson Parish, covering sectors such as city government, education, workforce development, non-profits, and healthcare.
Madalyn’s journey through Leadership Jefferson has been transformative and enriching. She gained profound knowledge on topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, and participated in engaging visits to key institutions, including the Jeff Parish Sheriff’s office and a day at the Capitol.
We are incredibly proud of Madalyn’s commitment to her professional development and her passion for community leadership.
